Pretty faces are created in an attempt to demonstrate the simplicity of misuse of data published online in an open and allows users to search for the men and women through their real names and personality types.
The data was scraped from Facebook was placed in a database, with facial recognition software to group profiles into six categories based on facial expression in the profile picture, cunning, vain, light, fun, easy and climber.
The main objective of the site, the creators said was to present how users are being represented in online environments and "dismantle " the trust that people have put on Facebook.
This led Facebook to take action, saying the site violated its terms, to the place we now face "aggressive actions" as a result.
